Booking Deposit Policy

To respect the time of our team and other clients, we require a $50 deposit to secure all appointments.

This deposit is credited toward your treatment on the day.

Due to ongoing issues with no-shows and late cancellations, we enforce this policy strictly. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, unless under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the clinic.

For phone bookings, deposits can be made via credit card. We take your privacy seriously — card details are processed immediately and are not stored on file.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and respectful booking experience for all clients.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first appointment includes a relaxed consultation where we’ll talk through your goals, assess the areas you’d like to treat, and build a personalised plan. No pressure — just honest advice to help you make the best choice for your body.

How many sessions will I need?

Every body is different. Some clients see results after just one session, while others may need a series for best results. We’ll let you know what’s realistic after your initial consult.

Are your treatments safe for everyone?

Our non-invasive treatments are safe for most people, but we’ll always check for any health conditions or medications that might require extra care. We’ll talk this through during your consultation to make sure everything is suitable for you.

Is there any downtime after treatments?

Most of our treatments require no downtime at all. You can walk out and get on with your day. We’ll give you any aftercare tips you need — easy, clear, and stress-free.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

We’ll give you specific instructions based on your treatment, but generally: stay hydrated, wear comfy clothes, and avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand. If you’re unsure, just give us a call.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We require a $50 deposit to secure your booking, which goes toward your treatment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being forfeited. Life happens — just reach out if you need to reschedule.

Dress and Salon Policy

For your comfort we recommend wearing clothing without buttons (eg. Gym wear), for women usually leggings and t-shirt, and for men basketball shorts or pants. Please note that some of our treatments use oils or ultrasonic gel, which may get on your clothes.

No Children Policy

While we love children, we want you and our other clients to fully enjoy the body clinic experience. Due to this we have a no children policy in our salon.

Unfortunately, we do not have the resourses to take care of children while your treatment is taking place and the safety of your little ones is very important to us.

Parking

Street parking is available in front of the clinic. Please note these spaces are for 1 hour only, to avoid potential fines please utilise parking behind the Hermit Park Hotel on Phillips Street. There is also parking on Armstrong St.
