Booking Deposit Policy

Due to repeat no shows and last minute cancellations we enforce a strict booking deposit policy. As of 1st January 2020, a $50.00 deposit must be made for every hour booked in order to reserve the appointment time.

The deposited amount will be credited towards your treatment service. Please note refunds on deposits is up to discretion of the business.

For bookings made over the phone, deposits can be made via credit card. Client privacy is of utmost importance, therefore over-the-phone payments will always processed immediately with no credit card details being kept on our premises.

Cancellation Policy

We understand unplanned events can occur resulting in the need to cancel your appointment. If this happens, we respectfully ask for your cancellation call 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 

If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend a booked appointment, you will be charged your deposited amount. Please note enforcement of the cancellation policy  is up to discretion of the business.

Dress and Salon Policies

For your comfort we recommend wearing clothing without buttons (eg. Gym wear), for women usually leggings and

t-shirt, and for men basketball shorts or pants.

Please note that some of our treatments use oils or ultrasonic gel, which may get on your clothes.

No children Policy

While we love children, we want you and our other clients to fully enjoy the body clinic experience. Due to this we have a no children policy in our salon.

Unfortunately we do not have the recourses to take care of children while your treatment is taking place and the safety of your little ones is very important to us.

We hope you understand this policy.

Parking

Street parking is available in front of the clinic. Please note these spaces are for 1 hour only, to avoid potential fines please utilise parking behind the HermitPark Hotel on Phillips Street. There is also parking on Armstrong St.

All bookings made are immediate consent and acknowledgment of our booking deposit & cancellation policies.
