How it works

Ultrasound Cavitation uses low-frequency ultrasound waves to target and disrupt fat cells beneath the skin. These waves create intense pressure and vibration within the fat layer, causing the fat cell membranes to break down. Once disintegrated, the fat is liquified and naturally removed from the body via the lymphatic and urinary systems.

The surrounding skin, blood vessels, and nerves are unaffected — making this a safe and targeted fat reduction method

 

AFTER CARE

Hydration is Key

  • Drink 1.5L of water before and after each treatment

  • Continue to drink 2.5–3L of water daily for 3 days post-treatment

  • Why? Water supports your lymphatic and urinary systems to flush out the liquified fat and toxins released during treatment

Move Your Body

  • Engage in 20 minutes of cardio (elevated heart rate) as soon as possible after your session, and continue for the next 3 days

  • Not into cardio? An infrared sauna can offer similar metabolic effects

Stimulate the Treated Area

  • Massage or body brushing the area can support lymphatic flow and prevent stagnation of released toxins

Eat Clean for Best Results

  • Follow a low-calorie, low-carb, low-fat, and low-sugar diet

  • Stick to these healthy habits for 24 hours pre-treatment and 3 days post-treatment to help your body burn off released triglycerides (body fat)

Avoid Alcohol

  • No alcohol for 48 hours post-treatment

  • Your liver must prioritise eliminating the released fat — alcohol can delay this process

How many sessions will I need

We typically recommend a course of 6 to 10 sessions, spaced 3–7 days apart depending on your body goals. Your therapist will tailor a plan that suits your individual needs.
